This filter is as good as Toyota OEM filter. in comparison with OEM filter, the dimension is exact the same and actually Fram filter had 2 extra fold in the element which it means it can trap more particle than OEM filter. It come complete with all necessary o-rings and drain adaptor.
The price in AMAZON is even few cents cheaper than Wal-Mart.
